Hi, I’m KATE

My passion for Chinese culture was ignited during a year-long stay in China, leading me to pursue a 4-year degree in Acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in the UK. With a professional background in dance and yoga, I have a keen understanding of the human body. As a practitioner of both TCM and Five Element acupuncture, I'm dedicated to harnessing the physical and emotional benefits of acupuncture to help my patients attain balance and wellness.

While I run a general practice, my particular passion lies in supporting women throughout their life journeys, from adolescence through pregnancy, postpartum, and into menopause. My commitment to aiding women during pregnancy was strengthened through a 12-month collaboration and mentorship with Debra Betts Ph.D. in a community maternity clinic.

Since starting practice in 2016, I've completed a postgraduate diploma in Chinese Herbal Medicine and continually engage in professional development, focusing on Women's health, pregnancy care, fertility, pain management, and more. In addition to Women’s health my clinical experience extends to addressing a wide variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal issues, pain, general health, migraines, anxiety and mental health, grief management, and cancer care.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey to better health.
